will not refund or be held responsible.
3. Customer is responsible for any misuse of information and will be
responsible for any fees incurred by The Data-Detective

5. Any disputes must be in writing and sent to us within 10 days upon
receiving your order including charge backs.
6. Once order is placed, The Data-Detective will not refund nor accept
cancellations.
7. If we cannot give an exact match to any order, you will be entitled

choose one of the possibles at no charge. This must be done within 30
days
in which your order was placed.
8. The Data-Detective has no control on the public information
received or reported by the sources that report this information to us.

information provided is the most current that has been reported to our
sources.
9. All information comes from public sources and our researches.
10. We support and meet all privacy Laws.
11. We do not give any personal identifiers in our reports or results
unless provided by customer beforehand. (No complete Social Security

12. Any fraudulent activities we receive will be forwarded to the
appropriate
authorities.
13. We do not accept orders on minors, celebrities, government people or
officials.
14. For orders that involve court fees, The Data-Detective will contact
customer before processing the order and inform of any additional cost.
